What's worse, I and my kids never get any words of SORRY
Here's my story.
During this long weekends from 5th May to 7th May, my kids went to Seoul to tour some exhibitions and tourist spots
on their own. So I booked this guest house a month ago and paid ahead.
Around 6 in the evening , I heard that they were still waiting in the lobby for the room.
When I tried to talk to the manager, my kids said it would be ready soon and didn't want me to complain until they check out. So this morning I called Beewon and left my phone number with the manager expecting any replies from
the one who's in charge of service.
I haven't gotten any calls from them until I finally got the owner's number in the evening
I was really shocked the way she talks and what she said.
She said it's common and it's not a matter to give room that late
She even blamed my kids for waiting in the lobby !!!
Where else can the kids go at the time after a long day all the way from Busan????
She talked to me like I don't know anything about check-in
I said I will take any measures for this sucks
As one of Koreans, I am shameful that such a non qualified guest house give the first impression to the visitors from all around the world.
And I'm wondering what kind of standard the authorities put for authorizing guest houses
I will never just sit and take all these irrational things.
